I recently organized a winter drink event in our building to kick off the holiday season in style and Rolling Beans came to our rescue - exceeding all expectations. Special shoutout to Greg and Berkem!! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and attentive. The drinks were not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious, adding a warm and festive touch to our gathering. They made the experience effortless and memorable for everyone involved. Highly recommend Rolling Beans for any event - they truly bring both flavor and flair!
We hired The Rolling Bean Team for a kids running event - would highly recommend. Communication/booking was easy and helpful and the team on the day Bridget and Jonny were amazing with the kids, service was quick and the hot chocolate delicious! Happy customer.
Rolling Bean had brilliant service from start to finish. So well organised, amazing customer experience and most importantly, delicious coffee and juice!! I will absolutely use their service again and fully recommend!
Worked with Rolling Bean on a few events over the past month and they couldn't have gone smoother thanks to them! From initial enquiry to booking, logistics and the actual team on the day everyone has been a joy to work with! Able to accommodate quick deadlines and last minute changes and always hiring wonderfully friendly staff, I look forward to working with them for many more upcoming projects! Excited to see the Christmas offerings!
THE BEST! we really love the digital bar, we really love the coffee and we really love the service as well. this mobile coffee bar hire was one of our best deal to elevate our event!
I just want to say a massive thank you for proving such a great barista service for Sky at the DTX conference last week. It was hugely popular, and the girls worked really hard each day to deliver a lot of coffee! Sky have asked me to pass on their appreciation for being so creative and imaginative in making this to their requirements.
A really communicative and friendly team who worked with me to find the best service and price to work for the event I needed The Rolling Bean for. Very trustworthy and extremely professional. I would definitely use The Rolling Bean's services again and recommend them on.
Rolling Bean are AMAZING - we used them to serve coffees to 500 guests at a recent event we did. The staff were all so friendly and efficient. Serving hundreds of coffees in a short amount of time.... more importantly the coffee is fantastic! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We will definitely be using them wherever possible in the future !
We booked The Rolling Bean for a mobile coffee bar service for our conference stand in London. The staff were friendly, the coffee was outstanding and the branded cups really helped get our brand out there, will definitely be booking Sam and the team in every time we exhibit!
Efficient, well presented and delicious! The Rolling Bean were fantastic, from enquiry to the event date everything was covered! If you need a coffee bar for your London Exhibition stand these are your guys!
We had the Rolling Bean pop-up option in our office and it was absolutely amazing. Great communication from the vendors and the juices were thoroughly enjoyed by the team! Would book again and definitely recommend.
Thanks Sam for helping at our Arsenal event on Saturday. We threw this one at you at really short notice and you came to our rescue! Much appreciated and Great coffee!
Great coffee and professional service. Would recommended as a great extension to any event.
From the very first email to the end of a 4 day roadshow event travelling around the country, Sam has been ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! Him and Lee are responsive on emails and the quality of the coffee is just as amazing as the quality of the service. All guests and the client were over the moon and the branding of the truck looked fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I will certainly be using these guys again! Thanks for all of your help and we look forward to working with you again in the future!! All the best 😊😊
Fantastic coffee and service from The Rolling Bean- Lee was especially helpful when the originally booked bike didn't fit into the office lift, he was proactive and helped come up with a solution to ensure the event went off without a hitch! Everyone loved the coffee and cake and I wouldn't hesitate to book them again
Friendly staff and excellent service. Our staff really look forward to having Lee and his team on site to serve us with their delicious cakes and drinks. Highly recommended and boosts staff morale.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Rolling bean and Lee for helping me with the booking. Our company had a really important exhibition this month and we wanted to show of our branding and the rolling bean went above and beyond for both branding and service. They also let you brand all of the sides if the bike, most companies only let you brand the front side. They are easy to book with and quick and responding with excellent service!
superb and great customer service. Excellent drink and scrumptious food Use them many times and they never disappoint
These guys are the coffee whispers! Not only do they offer fantastic coffee but they do it with a smile and great conversation too, they are extremely passionate about the coffee they serve . We have had Lee and the team in our office for the last 5 months and they have provided us with the best coffee and smoothies around! We look forward to being able to work with them again in the future, there is no one else we would rather get our coffee from now 😊
I had a latte from the Rolling Bean stall (at the Celebrating Ceramics show at Waterperry Gardens near Wheatley in Oxfordshire) yesterday and it was the nicest latte I have had in a long while (if ever). It was one of those coffees you don't want to end!
We hired a tuktuk (Piaggio Ape) from Rolling Bean at really late notice, and Lee was unbelievably helpful. He dropped it off in good time, helped our staff to get to grips with how it worked and was just super helpful. Would definitely recommend!
